SIA honors Orbis Clinical as a Best Staffing Firm to Work For 2021
Orbis Clinical has been named a winner of Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) Best Staffing Firms to Work For 2021 award. SIA, the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, presents the Best Staffing Firms to Work For recognition annually to recognize employers for their leading performance in attracting and deploying top industry talent. The winners of this year’s award were announced during the Executive Forum North America, held on March 8-11, 2021.
Orbis Clinical is a leading global recruiting partner to the life sciences industry, providing multiple staffing solutions spanning from FSP, project-based work, consulting, and permanent placements to clients ranging from venture-backed start-ups to Fortune 500 firms.

Winners of the award are companies who score in the top quartile for each size category, ranging from small companies with 21 to 50 employees to extra-large companies made up of over 501 employees.
To qualify, all internal employees of each firm were asked to complete a survey measuring key engagement categories including teamwork, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation, and benefits. Companies were then ranked in each size category based on their overall scores and participation levels. The survey results determined the winners of each category.
