How FSP Works

The model is extremely flexible, with benefits to the Sponsor, Supplier, and team members.

In a typical FSP engagement, the Sponsor provides guidance over daily operational efforts, while Orbis Clinical oversees all administrative aspects and coordinates team communication as appropriate. In addition, we find engagements are most successful when an individual on the team is identified as a Lead, who then becomes the operational point of contact to the sponsor.

Your FSP Team

The ā€œBusiness Teamā€ assigned to this FSP engagement consists of three individuals:

VP of Sales - Primary Point of Contact for the Orbis Clinical FSP engagement

Business Development Manager - Responsible for all resourcing efforts required by the FSP, and/or by client directly (when outside the scope of the FSP engagement)

Director of FSP Services ā€“ Attached to both the Business and Operational teams, the Director of FSP Services is the primary liaison between these groups and coordinates with VP of Sales, to ensure thorough communication back to the sponsor
